We love to read. Reading can transport you to different locations and times.

This page will be a progressive list of books I have read. When a book leaves the currently reading section it will appear here.

I will try to sort into categories. It will mostly be my books but if Mr Ourtravellingclan or the kids have great books to add they will be included.

Let me know if there are any books you think I should read. There can never be too many books on the To- Read list.

my books:

   At Home in the world by Tsh Oxenreider.

I love this book. I read it earlier this year. It is about a woman who took her family of 3 kids travelling around the world for 9 months. As this is what we are hoping for it was very inspirational.

 A Life by Design by Siobhan O’Brien.

This is an interesting book. She had so many different twists and turns in her life. A good read for anyone who is a fan of her work.

 

One Year Off by David Elliot Cohen

This was an interesting journey but you can tell it was a long time ago ( late 90’s). A trip around the world now would be very different. They went to Angkor Watt with no tourists there. Also, they travelled with a Nanny for a while as well so not really how we would be travelling. Not really a lot of useful information for trip planning in the present day.
